Cancellation Policy: Seventy-five percent (75.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Twenty-five percent (25.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 45 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Renter must be 25 years of age, provide a copy of a valid government issued ID, give a credit card for a $500 security deposit HOLD only (not charged unless there is an issue), and will be required to sign a Rental Agreement. Due to the short and unique rental season in Alaska, before booking, please take note of the cancellation policy. These may vary from what you are accustomed to. It is the responsibility of the renter to clearly understand the cancellation terms.
