The dining area seats 8 comfortably, while the large deck offers an additional outdoor dining table—perfect for enjoying a meal surrounded by the sights and sounds of the river.
Sleeping arrangements include a queen bed in the primary bedroom, a queen and full-size bed in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third bedroom, making the home especially well suited for larger families and groups.
Step outside and enjoy the peaceful wooded setting and expansive grassy yard leading toward the river. The large deck features outdoor dining and a fire pit, creating a great place to unwind after a day of adventure. Best of all, guests have private Kenai River fishing access approximately 100 feet from the back deck, along with a private fishing platform and fish-cleaning shelter—an exceptional setup for anglers.
The retreat is secluded and enjoys very little traffic while still being conveniently located for exploring the Kenai Peninsula. Soldotna is approximately 14 miles away, and Kenai Municipal Airport is about 25 miles away. Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Seventy-five percent (75.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Twenty-five percent (25.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 45 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Renter must be 25 years of age, provide a copy of a valid government issued ID, give a credit card for a $500 security deposit HOLD only (not charged unless there is an issue), and will be required to sign a Rental Agreement. Due to the short and unique rental season in Alaska, before booking, please take note of the cancellation policy. These may vary from what you are accustomed to. It is the responsibility of the renter to clearly understand the cancellation terms.
